Enjoy complimentary express shipping islandwide on all orders above SGD$80.
Domestic orders under SGD$80 ship with a SGD$10 flat rate.

International orders over SGD$200 ship free.
International orders under SGD$200 ship with a SGD$30 flat rate.

No returns or refunds will be issued due to customs delays or holds beyond our control, nor for unclaimed packages.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Glow accepts returns on most unused products within 7 days of receipt of purchase for refund or store credit. Please send an email to love@glowskinsoul.com. We do not accept returns on used items. Returns must be shipped back in their pristine condition (unused and unopened) and in original packaging.
